Дивуюсь, як величезна компанія економить на безпеці й допускається фатальних помилок, наступає на одні й ті ж граблі вже не перший раз. Здається, що навіть у 2023 році важко знайти дійсно надійний, зручний, децентралізований гаманець. Хоча альтернатива є завжди. Маю на увазі наступне: для тривалого зберігання — холодний, для активного користування й невеликих розмірів активів — апаратний гаманець, а для розваг — мобільний чи десктопний. Особисто я користуюся такою стратегією.

Досить часто читаю про те, що Tether, буває й інші “децентралізовані” компанії блокують адреси гаманців користувачів. Під блокування зазвичай попадають адреси, що знаходяться під якимись санкціями, пов'язані з видами діяльності, які певним чином не вкладаються в рамки законів. З'являються думки про блокчейн Hive та його алгоритмічний стейблокоїн HBD, які практично неможливо заблокувати. І навіть не знаю, добре це, чи погано? З одного боку Hive реально децентралізований, а з іншого — чи не внесуть його регулятори до якогось непривабливого списку.

By the way, the attack on the display of the "sham" code was verified through one of the company's employees. I'm surprised how a huge company skimps on security and makes fatal mistakes, steps on the same rake not for the first time. It seems that even in 2023, it is difficult to find a truly reliable, convenient, decentralized wallet. Although there is always an alternative. I mean the following: for long-term storage - a cold one, for active use and small amounts of assets - a hardware wallet, and for entertainment - a mobile or desktop wallet. I personally use this strategy.

Quite often I read about the fact that Tether and other "decentralized" companies block users' wallet addresses. Addresses that are under some kind of sanctions, related to activities that are somehow not included in the framework of laws, are usually blocked. There are opinions about the Hive blockchain and its algorithmic stablecoin HBD that are almost impossible to block. And I don't even know if it's good or bad? On the one hand, Hive is truly decentralized, and on the other hand, will the regulators put it on some unattractive list.
