Привіт! Варіантів для інвестицій нині чимало, складніше з іншим — капіталом для вкладень. Більшість населення потерпає від нестачі грошей на задоволення щоденних потреб. Але насправді так було завжди.

Інвестувати можна в нерухомість. Наприклад, в моєму місті можна придбати квартиру за 30 тисяч доларів й здати її в оренду за 250 на місяць. Для простоти розрахунку візьмемо 300 доларів, хоча таких грошей ніхто й не дасть. Отже, рентабельність такого бізнесу порахуйте самі. Скільки років знадобиться на те, щоб “відбити” інвестицію? А ще додайте сюди клопіт з ремонтами, спілкування з орендаторами, оплату комунальних послуг, передавання показників лічильника. Ще є купа інших проблем, додаткових ризиків. Я б не ризикнув інвестувати гроші в нерухомість, навіть невелику суму. Зате б із задоволенням придбав якісь цифрові активи, котрі не викликають клопоту та прості в зберіганні.

Золото та срібло начебто й непоганий варіант. До речі, є й інші метали, але клопоту з їх придбанням, зберігання та реалізацією теж чимало. Хоча б при наявності інвестиційних коштів я б придбав трішки золота.

Особисто мені до вподоби інвестиції в себе, наприклад, здоров'я, знання тощо. На жаль цим майже не займаюся, гадаю, як й інші. Хоча це величезна помилка.

З усіх перерахованих інвестицій, а в цілому їх чимало, найбільший інтерес в автора викликають цифрові активи. Один з них — це Біткоїн, інший — Hive. Це два реально крутих проєкту, що в майбутньому можуть принести фінансову стабільність та задоволення. Біткоїн в цьому коротенькому списку займає почесне перше місце. Але це лише моя думка й ви можете вважати зовсім по-іншому.

Hello! There are a lot of options for investments today, it is more difficult with another - capital for investments. The majority of the population suffers from a lack of money to meet daily needs. But in fact it has always been like that.

You can invest in real estate. For example, in my city, you can buy an apartment for $30,000 and rent it out for $250 a month. For simplicity of calculation, we will take 300 dollars, although no one will give such money. So, calculate the profitability of such a business yourself. How many years will it take to "recoup" the investment? And add here the hassle of repairs, communication with tenants, payment of utilities, transfer of meter readings. There are still a lot of other problems, additional risks. I would not risk investing money in real estate, even a small amount. But I would be happy to purchase some digital assets that do not cause trouble and are easy to store.

Gold and silver seem to be a good option. By the way, there are other metals, but there is also a lot of trouble with their acquisition, storage and sale. At least if I had investment funds, I would buy some gold.

Personally, I like investing in myself, for example, health, knowledge, etc. Unfortunately, I hardly do this, I think, like others. Although this is a huge mistake.

Of all the listed investments, and in general there are quite a few of them, the author is most interested in digital assets. One of them is Bitcoin, the other is Hive. These are two really cool projects that can bring financial stability and satisfaction in the future. Bitcoin takes an honorable first place in this short list. But this is just my opinion and you can think completely differently.
